Welcome! I am so glad you are here. However you found your way to the HLP Therapy & Support Blog, I hope it can help you find what you’re looking for. In time, this post will be buried deep in the archives, but I couldn’t imagine starting a blog without telling you my goals and hopes for this space.

My practice is called HLP Therapy & Support because while everyone needs support, not everyone is ready for therapy. Both are important. While I genuinely believe that everyone could benefit from therapy, this blog is one way I can help and encourage a wider audience.
